Why does this store have limitations on the purchase method?
In NV, we are required to follow the state mandate issued by Governor Sisolak. This mandates adults 21 years and older can legally possess marijuana up to one ounce of marijuana or up to 1/8 of an ounce of concentrated marijuana.
If you’re a medical patient, you can purchase two and a half ounces of usable marijuana in any one 14-day period and twelve marijuana plants, mature or immature.

How do I get a Medical Marijuana card and become a patient?
1. You must have a qualifying condition
2. You must apply through the department of health.
- You will receive an application in the mail to fill out.
- You need to find a qualified doctor and pay for your recommendation.
- You are required to be fingerprinted by the state of NV. This checks to see if any convictions of selling a controlled substance, or similar charges exist.
3. You will forward your recommendation and completed application to the Department of Health.
4. If your application is approved the state will run a background check.
The process takes approximately 30 days. During this time you will receive your temporary Medical Marijuana Card.

Can I use my Medical Marijuana card at multiple dispensary locations?
Yes, you can shop at any recreational or medical dispensary in the state of Nevada
If this is my first time to this RISE store, what do I need to do?
There are only a few things you’ll need to shop at our cannabis store. Please bring your Medical Marijuana ID card, state issued ID and cash.
All our stores have ATMs available on-site. If you have additional questions, we provide consultations over the phone.

How does a caregiver purchase products for a Medical patient?
The process is the same as a normal order process. You do need to be a registered caregiver through the NV Department of Health. When picking up your order, you must provide your Medical Marijuana Caretaker Card.
