MAKES 8 SERVINGS, WITH VARYING DOSAGE 2 hours
Infused Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
Medium/Intermediate
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons - Salt
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 and 1/3 cups - Cannabutter
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 16 oz Powdered Sugar
What you’ll Need:
- 14.5” x 9.5” Pan
- Bowl
- Whisk
- Hand mixer or large spoon
Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix the flower, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, whisk four eggs together before pouring into your bowl with the dry ingredients. Proceed to also mix in your pumpkin, sugar, and melted cannabutter. Pour into your greased pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees. Bake the bars until a toothpick inserted in the center of the batch comes out clean. Allow the bars to cool for up to 2 hours before icing.
While the bars are cooling, make the cream cheese frosting. Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and slowly pour in the powdered sugar. After mixing do not refrigerate before frosting as frosting will harden and not spread properly.
Once bars are cooled and frosting is made, frost the baked pumpkin bars, and cut into squares to serve. Enjoy!
