Mixing cake with cannabis may be the oldest trick in the trade, but this recipe offers a few exciting twists and just the perfect dosage for a fun evening in the company of cannabis enthusiasts. Our Dopest Dump Cake (don´t you just love the name?) is versatile. It features pumpkin pie seasoning, but you can opt for other flavors like anise, vanilla, cinnamon, raspberry, mango, or peach.
The cannabis in this recipe comes in the shape of cannabutter. Hint: your shopping list will include flower! Full instructions for cannabutter can be found here! One of the secrets of this delicious cannabis cake is the addition of cheesecake filling and fruit-flavored pie filling. If you prefer vegan options, you can use a vegan cake mix and opt for coconut cream instead of cheesecake filling.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of cake mix of your choice
  • 1-2 cups of cannabutter
  • 2 cans of pie filling of your choice (recommend strawberry)
  • 1 container of pre-made cheesecake filling (optional, makes creamier)
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin pie seasoning

What you’ll need:

  • 13” x 9” cake pan

Method:

    • Spray 13” x 9” cake pan with butter cooking spray

    • Pour in two containers of your pie filling and spread across bottom evenly

    • Dollop the pre-made cheesecake filling in approximately 1 tbsp scoops across top (optional)

    • Dump cake mix over top and spread evenly

    • Place slices of cannabutter across the cake like a grid until it is all covered.

    • Sprinkle pumpkin pie seasoning on top

    • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes - 1.5hrs depending on your oven or until top is brown and mix is bubbling

    • Serve and enjoy!
