Medical Marijuana is now available in Pennsylvania. Visit our PA online dispensary guide for Pennsylvania dispensary locations, medical marijuana FAQs, info about how to get a PA MMJ ID card, and how to order medical marijuana online using our online dispensary menu.
Why does this store have limitations on the purchase method?
We are required to follow the state mandate issued by Governor Tom Wolf, which states that there are no limits on volume purchases under Pennsylvania medical marijuana laws, however, lawful possession of medical marijuana is limited to a 30-day supply. RISE sets store purchase limits based on product availability, generally this is 3 of one like product. This allows more patients access to limited products.
To protect the safety of our team and medical patients, we are currently only accepting online orders. All patients must wear a face covering when visiting our locations. The following locations are curbside only pick-up: Steelton, Carlisle, Latrobe, Hermitage, and New Castle.
How do I redeem my SpringBig points when using the Online Reservation system?
You can indicate that you would like to use your points in the notes section when ordering at risecannabis.com. Please provide the points you would like to apply towards your order. RISE will update your point availability after each purchase is completed. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a text reflecting your point total for future reference.

There are 4 steps to becoming part of the PA Medical Marijuana Program.

How does a caregiver purchase product for a PA Medical patient?
