Why does this store have limitations on the purchase method?

How do I get a Medical Marijuana card and become a patient?
To qualify as a medical patient you will need the following:
- To find a certifying physician in Ohio. Currently, certified physicians are accepting appointments through telemedicine.
- Have a qualifying medical condition to participate in Ohio’s medical marijuana program
- Possess a valid government issued ID
- Register with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program

Can I use my Medical Marijuana card at multiple dispensary locations?
Yes, your card can be used at any approved Ohio dispensary.
If this is my first time to this RISE store, what do I need to do?
There are only a few things you’ll need to shop at RISE. New Patients are required to fill out our patient intake form. Please bring a printed copy of your Caregiver or Patient Medical Marijuana Card (electronic copy acceptable), government issued ID, cash or debit card. All our stores have ATMs available on-site, or you can utilize Hypur for cash and contact-free service.

How does a caregiver purchase product for a Medical patient?
You simply need to provide your Caregiver Medical Marijuana Control Program ID card and state issued ID when ordering in-person at your local RISE Dispensary. Medical Marijuana patients may designate up to two caregivers to purchase product on their behalf.

Can I buy Medical Marijuana outside normal business hours?
Per State Board of Pharmacy regulations, we are unable to complete any transactions outside our operating hours. This means we'll take our last new patients 30 minutes before closing and our last returning patients 15 minutes prior to closing.
