1 Pre-Made Dough Refrigerated “Ready-to-Bake” Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

½ cup Pretzel Pieces, Chopped

(You will need – a 9x9 baking pan, a cutting board, a knife, a whisk, a spatula, and a bowl)


  • Heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Press the peanut butter cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan to form the crust. (Gina Tip: You can use any cookie dough for this really!)
  • Sprinkle ½ of pretzel pieces across the dough in an even layer, setting some aside.

  • Top with leftover pretzel pieces and chocolate chips.
  • Bake the dough for 25 - 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch and just beginning to turn golden brown.
  • While in the oven prep your Peanut Budda Buddha garnishes!
  • Once out of the oven, cool the dough for 10 minutes, and place each Peanut Budda Buddha piece into the middle of where each bar slice will be. Press gently.
  • Cool 20 more minutes, and then refrigerate for at least 1 - 2 hours until chilled.
  • Cut into 9 bars and enjoy.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Gina Tip: Want to kick the garnish up a notch? With the remaining bag of chocolate chips, melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Once liquid pour into a zip log back and seal. Cut a bottom corner off and gently drizzle over the top of the bar prior to putting in the fridge. Tada! Extra chocolaty and extra cute.
